Zulu If you’ve run a bulk conveyor for more than a week, you’ve seen belt wander. The fix that keeps showing up on my site visits is the Side Roller—also called Standing or Wing Roller—from Yanshan, Cangzhou, Hebei. Materials: Q235B tube, CK45 shaft, 2RS bearings, labyrinth seals, NLGI #2 grease. Methods: tube cutting, CO2/MAG welding, CNC turning, press-fit assembly, dynamic balancing. Testing: runout per ISO 21940-11, water/dust ingress to ≈IP67, rotation resistance, noise, and load tests aligned with CEMA 502. That’s the boring stuff—and it’s what keeps belts calm.

Diameter/shaft size, 20°/35°/45° wing angles, rubber-lagged or HDPE shells for sticky ores, stainless shafts for corrosive zones, and OEM color/labeling. I’d also ask for balancing to ISO G16 or better and a grease spec that suits your ambient.
