The rotating axle of Double- Center -Roller New Type Aligning Idler is welded with the lower cross member, the rotating assembly is installed above the lower beam , and the swinging center rollers cross member is designed around the rotating assembly . With the rotating axis as the center, two center rollers are installed at the front and back of the running belt respectively,which forms a balanced support centered on the rotating axle.

The bearing and shaft diameter of the two side rollers have been enlarged , and regular side roller cross member is replaced by side roller shaft. The side rollers are removable and installed between the two center rollers,which are designed as a conical roller with cast rubber, which can produce a large reverse damping effect when the belt runs off, so that the belt can run smoothly.
