Detail Description
The polyurethane elastomer attached to the surface of the drum is a new polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic, which has both of high strength and elasticity of plastic and rubber.
It has the following characteristics:
1.Wide hardness range. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The hardness range of polyurethane elastomer is Shore A10-D80.
2.High strength. their breaking strength and carrying capacity are much higher than that of universal rubber under the same hardness. At high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than plastic.
3.The wear resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3) /1.61km, about 3-5 times of rubber.
4.Excellent oil resistance. Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil, and is almost not corroded in fuel oil and mechanical oil.
5. Good oxidation and ozone resistance.
6. Excellent vibration absorption performance, with vibration reduction, buffer effect.
7. Good low temperature performance.
