Bend Pulley (Non-driving Pulley)

Bend Pulley is also called the non-driving drum, its shaft doesn’t extend out from both sides. Its function is to change the running angle of the conveyor belt, to tighten the conveyor belt or increase the stress area of the conveyor belt. The strength of the drum and the connection disc of the pulley are checked by finite element method.

Detail Description

 

Light-duty: bearing bore is 80-100 mm, shaft and hub are connected by single key, the end disc is welded with the drum.

Medium-duty: bearing bore is 120-180 mm, shaft and hub are connected with telescopic sleeve (power module)

Heavy-duty: bearing bore is 200-220 mm, shaft and hub with telescopic sleeve (power block) connecting, drum body is cast -welded steel plate

The cylindrical surface of the pulley can be smooth, coated polyurethane, flat rubber, diamond rubber, or ceramic rubber.
