ベンドプーリ（非駆動プーリ）

ベンドプーリーは非駆動ドラムとも呼ばれ、そのシャフトは両側から伸びていません。その機能は、コンベヤベルトの走行角度を変更したり、コンベヤベルトを締めたり、コンベヤベルトの応力領域を増やしたりすることです。ドラムとプーリーの接続ディスクの強度は、有限要素法によってチェックされます。

Light-duty: bearing bore is 80-100 mm, shaft and hub are connected by single key, the end disc is welded with the drum.

Medium-duty: bearing bore is 120-180 mm, shaft and hub are connected with telescopic sleeve (power module)

Heavy-duty: bearing bore is 200-220 mm, shaft and hub with telescopic sleeve (power block) connecting， drum body is cast -welded steel plate

The cylindrical surface of the pulley can be smooth, coated polyurethane, flat rubber, diamond rubber, or ceramic rubber.
