Bangladesh's industrial sector, particularly in garment manufacturing and cement production, relies heavily on robust conveyor systems. However, the region's high humidity and monsoon seasons cause rapid corrosion of standard idlers and rollers, leading to increased maintenance costs and frequent unplanned shutdowns.
In the quarrying and mining areas of Bangladesh, abrasive dust and heavy loads put extreme pressure on steel idler rollers. Local industries often struggle with premature bearing failure due to the lack of high-precision sealing technology capable of resisting fine particulate ingress.
Currently, there is a significant shift toward upgrading legacy systems. The integration of specialized training idler units is becoming essential to prevent belt misalignment, which has historically been a major cause of belt wear in Bangladeshi industrial plants.
