La politja d'ala normalment s'instal·la a la posició de la politja de cua, la politja de presa de tensió o la politja de rebot, la seva funció és eliminar el material enganxat a la cinta transportadora, el material eliminat caurà des de la superfície del con interior de la politja.

The role of wing pulley is to clean the slag or stuck material.If the stuck material isn’t cleaned in time,which will stick to the rollers to decrease the lifetime of the rollers and affect the steady operation of the conveyor.

The structural design of wing pulley is unique . The outer circumference of the pulley is metal scrapers that can clean the material. The inside of the scraper has a slope extending to both ends, the stuck material will be discharged outside the conveyor belt. The connection between the drum and the shaft can be a key block or XTB expansion sleeve .

El tambor de la politja està soldat per un equip de soldadura automàtic per garantir una alta qualitat de soldadura i una gran força de soldadura. El tambor es recuita a temperatura mitjana, l'estrès residual és petit i la vida útil és llarga.
