The troughing roller is an important part of the belt conveyor idlers, which is composed of the roller body(steel pipe), bearing, bearing housing, seal, etc.The bearing housing we produced adopts the excircle flanging process, which makes the whole bearing housing easier to fix, and the concentricity of the outer circle and the bearing chamber is better guaranteed. The inner wall of the steel pipe needn’t be processed as spigot, and the bearing housing and the steel pipe are connected by interference fits welding. It will not produce the accumulated processing error, and has a certain correction effect on the ellipticity of the steel pipe, ensuring that the radial runout index of the roller reaches the optimal level.
