The role of wing pulley is to clean the slag or stuck material.If the stuck material isn’t cleaned in time,which will stick to the rollers to decrease the lifetime of the rollers and affect the steady operation of the conveyor.
The structural design of wing pulley is unique . The outer circumference of the pulley is metal scrapers that can clean the material. The inside of the scraper has a slope extending to both ends, the stuck material will be discharged outside the conveyor belt. The connection between the drum and the shaft can be a key block or XTB expansion sleeve .
