Yanshan Aohua Machinery Equipment Manufacture Limited Company. is located in the east outer ring of Yanshan County, CangZhou city,Hebei Province, China.Which is 150 kilometers away from Tianjin XingGang Port,China.and 60 kilometers away from Huanghua Port, China with super convenient transportation. our company was established in March 2007, which is a specialized enterprise in belt conveyor and parts&components research ,development, manufacturing and sales . Mr. Liu Guanglun, the founder of the company, who has more than 40 years of experience in the processing and manufacturing of conveying machinery, and has a special R & D design team and advanced production equipments. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with total assets of US$20million. There are 177 employees, including 11senior engineers and 27technicians. Now the annual production capacity has reached 300,000 pieces including whole conveyor equipment,conveyor pulleys,idlers and rollers , and brackets and structural parts products reaches 50,000 sets per year as well. Our company's products include belt conveyors,impact beds, pulleys, belt alignment devices, self aligning idlers, rollers, variable groove angle electric plow type discharger, polyurethane cleaner, etc.

Since the establishment of the company, in order to meet the various requirements of domestic and foreign customers, we have developed a series of patented products,such as new type idlers(double center rollers), variable groove angle electric plow type discharger, adjustable groove angle automatic self-aligning idlers, to solve customers' problems in the operation of equipment, these products were accepted as soon as they came into the market. Among them,especially the self-developed pulley rollers has the characteristics of high precision, long service life with the help using labyrinth seals, contact double seals and unique circlip assembly, which especially suitable for use in mines with large dust, cement plants and other environments, under normal circumstances, the service life of the pulley rollers reaches 50,000 hours, far better than the international standard.
