Impact Bed

Impact bed is mainly used to replace the impact idler and installed at the unloading area of conveyor belt. It is composed of impact strips, which is mainly made of polymer polyethylene and elastic rubber , which can fully and effectively absorb the impact force when the material falls, reduce the impact on the conveyor belt when the material falls, and improve the stress condition of the drop point. The friction coefficient between the conveyor belt and the impact strips will be minimized, and the wear resistance is good.
